Dear At-Large Community,

The GAC will hold an “Open Mic” session on Sunday, 9 March, from 09:00-09:30 local time.

This session will serve as an ‘open time’ where individuals from different constituencies across the ICANN community are invited to offer short remarks, or present questions or comments to the GAC. 

The GAC will be in "listening" mode during this 30-minute period and may then reflect on any particular points raised in a subsequent session at ICANN82 or at a future ICANN Public Meeting.

If anyone is interested in sharing their news and views with committee delegates in-person and on-line during the meeting, the GAC developed an “Open Mic” Google form you may access here: https://forms.gle/FA1yd8bfnBBrvqcX9. 

Slots will be allocated to speakers in a first-come/first-served order. The time per speaker will be up to 3 minutes, depending on the number of requests received.

FYI – this session conflicts with the At-large Operations Finance and Budget Working Group meeting on Sunday morning
