You are being asked to vote on a set of revisions to the ALAC Rules of Procedure (RoP). These revisions include changes to the procedure used in the selection of the At-Large Board Member of the ICANN Board (Seat 15). There is also an addition to the ALAC RoPs of an annual report which addresses a requirement of the CCWG-Accountability Workstream 2.

There are two options for the voting threshold required to reappoint the incumbent – See section 19.13.9.
