Changes to ICANN Org’s Meetings Scheduling Platform

By Ashwin Rangan, SVP, Engineering and CIO

As ICANN76 approaches, I wanted to share an update with you about our online scheduling tool.

The vendor is discontinuing support for our current scheduling tool, Pathable, so we will no longer be using this tool. Instead, we will be using Sched.

Because Sched is not integrated into the ICANN Account single sign-on, you will need to create a new account and agree to the terms and conditions. Then you will be able to create a personalized schedule on the ICANN76 website [r20.rs6.net].

Read my blog [r20.rs6.net] for more details.

Reminder: ICANN76 Registration Deadlines

ICANN76 is taking place 11–16 March. In-person registration closes on 8 March, while virtual registration closes on 16 March. Register now [r20.rs6.net]!

Last Chance to Apply for Internet Access Reimbursement!

The deadline to apply for ICANN’s Pandemic Internet Access Reimbursement Program [r20.rs6.net] for ICANN76 is Friday, 24 February, at 23:59 UTC.

The goal of this program is to facilitate virtual participation in ICANN Public Meetings. Since ICANN76 is a hybrid meeting, only those who are registered to attend virtually are eligible for the program.

Read this announcement [r20.rs6.net] for more information and how to apply.
