Olivier Crépin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC, has asked that a vote be held by the ALAC on the proposed ratification of SSAC amendment to the Charter for a "Cross Community Working Group to Develop an IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal on Naming Related Functions” developed by CWG Charter DT.

Question: Should the SSAC amendment to the CWG amendment be accepted adding the words "for the root zone" at the end of item 4 in the section titled 'Scope' to improve clarity? Advice from the At-Large Ad-hoc WG on the Transition of US Government Stewardship of the IANA Function was to accept the amendment.
