This sub-committee will be assessing the ALAC candidates based on agreed criteria as noted on the Assessment Matrix<https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+ATRT2+ALAC+Endorsement+...>. The ALAC will then hold a ratification vote on the candidates prior to informing ICANN staff. The composition of the Sub-Committee is to be 5 At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) members from each of the 5 At-Large regions plus 2 ALAC members from any of the regions. Rinalia Abdul Rahim will serve as interim Chair of this Sub-Committee. The ALAC Chair will be a non-voting observer.
