Dear All, On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, ALAC Chair, we are seeking volunteers to join the ICANN69 At-Large Planning Committee. Ideally, a representative or two from each region, to assist with the planning of the At-Large Leadership working sessions at ICANN69. We will hold weekly calls with the first one planned week 27 July (Doodle to follow) to work on the block schedule, identifying topics for discussion and groups to e-meet with. NOTE: SO AC meeting forms need to be submitted between 19-28 August 2020! And conflict resolution needs to be finalized by 15 September. Please confirm whether you are interested in volunteering by responding to Maureen and myself (Gisella) by Thursday 23 July 2020 at 16:00 UTC. A Doodle will be sent out to the volunteers shortly after this deadline. A mailing list will be set up for this group and we look forward to making ICANN69 a successful first ever virtual AGM!
