Dear Amy, The At-Large staff has the honour to transmit to you the Statement on Reconsideration Request 10-1 Recommendation on behalf of the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC). The attached document was drafted by Sebastien Bachollet, Vice Chair of the ALAC. On May 7th, Sebastien submitted the draft statement for review to the members of the ALAC, the leaders of the regional At-Large organisations, the ALAC liaisons and the members of the working group on the future structure, accountability and transparency of ICANN. On May 12th, the draft statement was also published for comments on the At-Large website and announced to the wider At-Large community. On May 14th, the Chair of the ALAC asked the Staff to start a five-day online vote on the ALAC Statement on Reconsideration Request 10-1 Recommendation. The online vote ended on May 19th and resulted in the ALAC endorsing the statement with 14-0.
