NOW OPEN: ALAC vote on IDN Comment and Expense Analysis Statement
Dear All, The Chair of the ALAC instructed us to open an online vote on the ALAC comment on the 3rd Revision of the Draft Implementation Plan for IDN ccTLDs and the Statement of the ALAC on the Expense Analysis. The questions to be put will be the following: 1. Do you support the ratification of the ALAC comment on the 3rd Revision of the Draft Implementation Plan for IDN ccTLDs for communication to the relevant Public Comment process? With possible answers: Yes No Abstain 2. Do you support the ratification of the Statement of the ALAC on the Expense Analysis for communication to the Board of Directors of ICANN? With possible answers: Yes No Abstain The two ALAC Statements have been linked to the voting page, where you will also be able to track the votes live as they come in: https://www.bigpulse.com/p6942/ Please note that at the bottom of this page there is a link entitled "See who voted", which allows you to see who has voted so far. A separate email with their voting credentials has been sent to the members of the ALAC recently. Please contact staff@atlarge.icann.org if you did not receive your credentials so far.. Dear All, Please note that the second question on the Expense Analysis in the current ALAC vote is slightly different from the one in the previous announcement. Instead of "Do you support the ratification of the Statement of the ALAC on the Expense Analysis for communication to the Board of Directors of ICANN?" it should read: Do you support the ratification of the Statement of the ALAC on the Expense Analysis for communication to the relevant Public Comment Process? The ALAC Statement on the Expense Analysis has already been submitted to the Public Consultation on the Expense Analysis by Alan Greenberg on July 13th with a note saying that it was in the process of being ratified by the ALAC.
