Dear Tanzanica, The At-Large staff has the honour to transmit to you the ALAC Statement on the Proposed ICANN Meeting Dates 2014 - 2016 on behalf of the At-Large Advisory Committee. The attached Statement was drafted by Olivier Crépin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC, and Cheryl Landon-Orr, Vice-Chair of the ALAC. The Statement is based on comments received from the Regional At-Large Organizations (RALOs). On 3 March, the At-Large Staff sent a call for regional comments on the Proposed Meeting Dates to the regional At-Large members. On 9 March, the enclosed statement was submitted to the public consultation process on the Proposed Meeting Dates 2014 ­ 2016 with a copy going to the Secretary of the ICANN Board of Directors. As this is a formal Statement of an Advisory Committee to the Board, we provide it by copy hereby to the Secretary of ICANN for distribution to the Board with our compliments.
