Dear Diane, The At-Large staff has the honour to transmit to you the ALAC Statement on Reconsideration Request 10-1 Recommendation on behalf of the At-Large Advisory Committee for distribution to the ICANN Board of Directors with our compliments. The Statement was submitted to the public consultation on Recommendation on Reconsideration Request 10-1 on May 20th. The attached document was drafted by Sebastien Bachollet, Vice Chair of the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC). On May 7th, Sebastien submitted the draft statement for review to the members of the ALAC, the leaders of the regional At-Large organisations, the ALAC liaisons and the members of the working group on the future structure, accountability and transparency of ICANN. On May 12th, the draft statement was also published for comments on the At-Large website and announced to the wider At-Large community. On May 14th, the Chair of the ALAC asked the Staff to start a five-day online vote on the ALAC Statement on Reconsideration Request 10-1 Recommendation. The online vote ended on May 19th and resulted in the ALAC endorsing the statement with 14-0.
