Dear All, Attached please find a document entitled 'Non-Lawyers' Guide to the May 2009 Registrar Accreditation Agreement.' The Guide was produced by ICANN staff in response to a 1 October 2009 request<http://www.atlarge.icann.org/correspondence/correspondence-01oct09-en.htm> by the Chair of the At-Large Advisory Committee, Cheryl Langdon-Orr, to the Chairman of the ICANN Board of Directors, Peter Dengate Thrush, for the production of a non-lawyers' guide to the ICANN's Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA). This Guide is also available at: http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-15feb10-en.htm. This document will be available in the five UN languages and Portuguese shortly. This document is intended to facilitate the ability of the At-Large community to engage effectively in discussions relating to the RAA, as well as to assist all members of the ICANN community in gaining a better understanding of the RAA. The Guide is an evolving document. ICANN staff welcomes comments and suggestions on how the Guide could be improved to be more useful to the At-Large community.
