Meeting Description: ICANN CFO Kevin Wilson explained the Operating Plan and Budget Framework for Fiscal Year 2010, which is the subject of an open Public Consultation (available at: http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/#op-budget-fy2010 ) with a presentation outlining the general ideas behind the proposed Budget Framework. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce At-Large to the framework, ensure understanding of the remainder of the budget development process, and allow the community to ask questions about how best to interact with the budget process going forward. The Public Comment period on the Proposed Framework for next year¹s Operating Plan and Budget ends 30 April 09 but Kevin Wilson indicated that we will also consider community input received after the deadline to the extent possible. The draft plan of the Operating Plan and Budget will be posted on 17 May. It will be considered for adoption at the Sydney meeting in June.
