NOW OPEN : ALAC Vote on the ALAC Resolution on STI Report and Minority Positions
Dear All, As resolved during the ALAC November Teleconference, an online ALAC vote on the ALAC Resolution on the report of the Selected Trademark Issues Review Team and the three minority positions has recently started. EXCEPTIONALLY, THIS VOTE WILL ONLY BE OPEN FOR THREE DAYS! The vote will end on Thursday, 17 December at 1500 UTC in order to allow the ALAC-GNSO Liaison Alan Greenberg to announce the ALAC position on the STI during the GNSO Council meeting taking place that day. The motion to be put to vote will be the following: Motion: The ALAC supports the Report of the Selected Trademark Issues Review Team dated 11 Dec 2009 and the three minority positions (attached as pdf files). With possible answers: Agree Disagree Abstain The STI Report and the three minority positions have been linked to the voting page, where you will also be able to track the votes live as they come in: https://www.bigpulse.com/p8365 Please note that at the bottom of this page there is a link entitled “See who voted”, which allows you to see who has voted so far.
