ALAC vote on Report on User Involvement in the GNSO now open
Dear all, As per Alan Greenberg¹s request, we have set up an online vote on the Report on User Involvement in the GNSO, which was published by the GNSO ALAC/At-Large New NC Constituency Communities Working Group on February 20th and revised on March 4th. You can find the complete Statement under: https://st.icann.org/alac-docs/index.cgi?report_on_user_involvement_in_the_g nso A vote will be held on the following motion: Whereas: - The ICANN Board requested a report on user involvement in the GNSO; - A Work Group was convened which included members of ALAC and At-Large; - The group submitted its report with the full support of all but one of ALAC/At-large participants Motion: The ALAC supports the statement of the Work Group on User Involvement in the GNSO as submitted on 20 February 2009 and revised on 04 March 2009. With possible answers: -Support -Do not Support -Abstain A separate, private email with voting credentials will shortly be sent to the ALAC members. Please inform the Staff if you have not received them or have difficulties with the BigPulse voting interface. The vote will remain open until April 6th at 1200 UTC.
