The online IGF  Proposal is due in a couple of weeks  MAY 3rd and I have been working on the proposal but it doesn't save it and it kicks you out and you lose most of your work

I have  cut and pasted the content for your edits  to a google doc

When we are happy i will  transfer and submit the content
