Whilist the call for members of the Outreach and Engagement Strategy has been posted, one of the key work items for this group is to

- For the Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP), coordinate and develop an Outreach Strategy by the At-large Outreach and Engagement WG for approval by the regional ICANN GSE VPs (https://community.icann.org/x/Po3hAg)

Thus, all RALOs needs to have an approved outreach strategy before any CROPP proposals can be filed.

APRALO has developed a strategy for comment at
https://community.icann.org/display/croppfy16/APRALO+Outreach+Strategic+Plan+DRAFT

which identifies several outreach events.

One of these proposed outreach event is the Armenian IGF in early September 2015 with a draft CROPP proposal at https://community.icann.org/x/nJ00Aw describing the trip proposal and outcomes.

Whilst this event might be too late to consider given CROPP's 6 week deadline, I am asking for comments on APRALO's strategy from this group.
