Thanks Dev and Glenn, I recall raising the need to automate this and to have staff lead in it(said it at two separate ICANN meetings). It's disappointing that it seem it's not yet taken into recognition.

1. Typically on completion, certificates or participation are issued. Maybe the real Fellowship attendees could be updated post-meeting if that list was obtainable from DPRD (Development & Public Responsibility Department).
   
2. Worksheet: ICANN-ISO: Has a field "Number of Fellows from Country or Territory". Since the entry does not actually count the number of unique Fellows from a country. It could perhaps be more aptly named "Number of Times a Citizen Was Awarded Fellowship [Non-Unique]" or something else conveying the sentiment.
