I hope that the outreach campaign during the IGF2023 was successful, It would be great to share information and successes (maybe we can organize an At-Large IGF read out with virtual and in-person participants to share outcomes, expressions
and informal reports?).
In less than a week, ICANN78 begins, as well as our OE activities.
Clarifying the formed plan

1. Work at the booth. We thank Heidi for the slots allocated for us (12-13.00 from October 21 to 25). I sent my colleagues suggestions for activities at the stand (a prize draw based on contacts left by visitors, photos with signs, posters with QR codes leading
to At-Large ICANN78 schedule and to our website). Proposed promo card for social networks in the attachment.
2. On social media, I plan to publish every morning the link to At-Large wiki with everyday schedule + promo cards. In the attachment to the email you will find promo cards.
3. Social Media Contest of publications: As we planned, we will focus on the virtual participants of the ICANN78. We need the text for the announcement of the contest, the proposed hashtags and the prize.
4. We will send an email to the community members and ask to accomplish their ICANN78 posts on social media with hashtags (optional, but recommended).
