The action items from the call held on Tuesday 03 October 2017 have been posted on the wiki page and also hereafter, for ease of reference:

ICANN60

Rao Naveed Bin Rais and Ali AlMeshal to coordinate on outreach at ICANN 60.
Staff to note pre- events organized in the region in the O/E wiki page
Gisella Gruberto schedule a 90 min session for the SC on O/E - 30 mins for the group session and 60 mins for an outreach event to UAE academics. Either Monday or Thursday.
Mario Aleman and Silvia Vivancoto post link of At-Large/APRALO booth sign up sheet and send email to SC on O/E mailing list
Olivier Crepin-Leblondto reach out to NCUC regarding their ICANN 60 outreach plans.
Staff to work with SC on O/E Co-chairs to complete 2017 IGF At-Large travelers. Staff to ciruculate on ALAC announce and At-Larte worldwide.
SC on O/E Co-chairs to select the supported person from the group's membership.

Criteria:
- 1) Commit to management of booth at the IGF
- 2) Schedule/implement outreach and engagement activities
- 3) Lead on information of At-Large activities.

IGF activities:

Staff and co-chairs to identify criteria and send note asking for who is going to the IGF
SC on OE to identify booth activities and outreach/swag materials
SC on OE at ICANN 60 to include a session on IGF planning and invite relevant ICANN staff and NCSG and NPOC members to discuss IGF activities.
