Its early in the game for submissions for the FY 19 but  it opens in Dec and closes quickly in February.

We were successful in the submission of the O and E for the IGF Geneva.

Perhaps we should discuss this at our next meeting good ideas and who will take the lead on a proposal.  Meanwhile i am providing the template for last year. I haven't heard that they are doing any changes it  yet.
