Dear All,

ICANN has a Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP) in which each of the 5 RALOs can apply for funding up to 5 "regional" outreach trips (up to three days, two nights) before the end of June 30 2014.

If there are any requests for travel to events for outreach purposes, such requests need to be submitted to the At-Large CROPP Review Team at https://community.icann.org/x/_S6fAg at least 8 weeks before the proposed travel takes place. Travel Requests should follow the terms and obligations as established by the ICANN's CROPP and those by the ALAC at https://community.icann.org/x/zC6fAg

To date, EURALO, AFRALO and NARALO have submitted travel requests to the CROPP RT.
