Just a reminder that the deadline for RALOs to apply for Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP https://community.icann.org/x/5xyfAg) is approaching soon.

Given
- ICANN's 6 week deadline for trip proposals to be submitted ;
- the FY15 ends in June 30 2015,
- ICANN's 53 meeting will be from 21-25 June 2015 ;

- At-Large CROPP RT requiring 2 weeks for review of RALO travel requests

this means practically At-Large Travel Requests should be submitted for At-Large CROPP RT review
around April 15 2015 (for At-Large travel in the week of June 15 2015)

Given the timing, its crucial for Outreach and CROPP RT members to coordinate any RALO proposals ASAP and ensure any RALO proposals are as complete as possible to ensure speedy approval.
