Please kindly consider this a discussion paper – I realize we have different community groups working on similar topics, it was my understanding we are trying to bring them all under one hat, making sure we all speak the same language and targetting the same issues at and around the Kobe meeting.
For the purpose of making the discussion effective, I’ve added also those who indicated their willingness to work with me on the draft (apologies for crossposting) and heads of outreach and policy groups.
