Regarding the COB program, partial choices were made during the meeting
and one was deferred (only partially due to the low attendance). That
choice has now been made and will be announced tomorrow.

Dear Daniel,
thanks for your follow-up. Re: onboarding program, it seems that each
meeting is therefore seen as a standalone, separate meeting, thus the
travellers for Puerto Rico only attended one meeting. In Puerto Rico,
they were: Humberto Carrasco as mentor & Eranga Samararathna plus
Antonio Medina as mentees.

Alan's asked RALOs to suggest names for travel to Panama. Names have been
provided by each RALO and the At-Large Selection Committee met earlier
this week to make a selection. However, it appears that not enough
members of that committee attended the call to get a consensus list of
the mentor/mentees. Therefore it appears that no final choice was
made.
We should learn the results shortly.
Kindest regards,
Olivier

Dear Team,
As we progress and preparation for ICANN 62 coming forth, I would like to
request for an update on CROP funding status.
Secondly, also we need to draft an agenda for the next Meeting and also a
doodle poll be sent out.
We need to discuss the way forward towards Regional Strategies and
Regional Outreach plans as we wait for budget updates on CROP Funding.
Olivier, could you be having an update on the Onboarding Program and the
implementation.
Looking forward to the updates
Daniel
