Thanks for the reminder. 

We went through the document and we think it is a very good approach to target outreach efforts in those countries who do not have currently representation in LACRALO. 

Some suggestions:

1.- We hope to see the calendar of events soon and hopefully try to link this with one of the events or targeted outreach activities the GSE LAC Team has planned to support you better. 

2.- It might be a good idea to incorporate in the document the support the LAC Strategy is providing through adding the 2 addition trips via CROPP. 

3.- We also hope this strategy has support and broad consensus in LACRALO for it to be effective. 

Other than these you may proceed with the process.
