Hi Glenn,

Thanks very much for your initial request for the FY18 additional budget request for a comprehensive program at the 2017 IGF.

I added comments that, in my opinion, offer a better chance for getting the proposal approved. This is through adding a component of raising awareness (stressing the 5 panels that are included in some part of the original proposal) as well as the comprehensive nature of the entire program (awareness raising, training, outreach and engagement).

Please feel free to incorporate any comments that you agree with.
