Typically on completion, certificates or participation are issued. Maybe the real Fellowship attendees could be updated post-meeting if that list was obtainable from DPRD (Development & Public Responsibility Department).

Worksheet: ICANN-ISO: Has a field "Number of Fellows from Country or Territory". Since the entry does not actually count the number of unique Fellows from a country. It could perhaps be more aptly named "Number of Times a Citizen Was Awarded Fellowship
[Non-Unique]" or something else conveying the sentiment.
