If there are any requests for travel to events for outreach purposes, such requests need to be submitted to the At-Large CROPP Review Team at https://community.icann.org/x/_S6fAg at least 8 weeks before the proposed travel takes place. Travel Requests should follow the terms and obligations as established by the ICANN's CROPP and those by the ALAC at https://community.icann.org/x/zC6fAg

To date, only NARALO has submitted 4 travel requests to the CROPP RT, two were approved and submitted to ICANN, one was withdrawn and one is currently under review by the CROPP RT

I note some conversations on the EURALO and APRALO mailing lists as to possible meetings for outreach potential but are yet to be realised into formal travel proposals.
