Thank you for your work on refining the O&E Strategy document. I have done some basic grammatical revisions, and attached the strategy along with the ICANN Multistakeholder Advice Development Graphic, which I think would be very helpful for communicating the work of At-Large and the ALAC in the policy advice development process at ICANN. You may wish to incorporate this graphic into the strategy document.

In addition to advice, the ALAC also issues comments / statements. If you have any questions regarding ALAC / At-Large policy I am more than happy to help.

After reviewing the mandate of the By-Laws section 12 (d) At-Large Advisory Committee on the Mandate of At-Large https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en/#article12 [icann.org]

There were phrases that highlighted At-Large to be involved in Policy Development Process please note that  At-Large does not participate in the Policy Development Process but participates and gives advice, makes appropriate recommendations based on the issues experienced by the end users. After reviewing the documents edits have been made to the strategy document to suit the mandate of At-Large.
