Thank you Tijani for acknowledging Dev's work. This tool, now in its 4th version, has been a labour of love for Dev for several years, building on what he was already providing for LACRALO, but expanding it to include information for the other RALOs as well. It came to light in London when Ron Sherwood and I were talking about collating a match between country code TLDs and their ALSes. Dev had already done this for LACRALO. At-Large has been very fortunate to have someone as talented and skilled as Dev working on our behalf to find ways to make ICANN information more accessible. I bet there are people in ICANN who don't know that this information is already within their systems. Great work Dev. On Sat, Oct 22, 2016 at 8:44 PM, Tijani BEN JEMAA <tijani.benjemaa@topnet.tn

I like to join Maureen and others in commending Dev for the significant effort he is putting into this. When this was presented at the last ICANN meeting, I recall(as I suggested it) that we look for how ICANN can take up this work and produce theses reports in an automated manner as I can imagine the significant work(manual) that was put into this. May be good to know the status of that suggestion as well. Regards Sent from my LG G4 Kindly excuse brevity and typos On 23 Oct 2016 08:49, "Maureen Hilyard" <maureen.hilyard@gmail.com> wrote:

Thanks Tijani. Its a combination of both (automatically and manual). The two sheets for GAC and ccNSO sheets reads the data automatically from the GAC and ccNSO websites when the spreadsheet is opened. If you scroll to the right of the GAC and ccNSO sheets, you'll see a counter of the number of rows of the live data and a history of what the numbers were in the past. Whenever, there's a change in the current number, I'll know when there's been an addition (or an unlikely deletion). Then I can add the change to the "ICANN-ISO' sheet. I do it this way, because of the inconsistency of how the ACs and SOs in ICANN and other ICANN groups such as Fellowships use different names for the same countries or territories, so I have to map or normalise the differences in country names and territories so that comparisons can happen on one country name. A similar sheet was done for At-Large - the At-LargeCheck sheet reads the ALS names everytime the spreadsheet is opened - by checking the current number of ALSes with the previous number I can see when a change occurs. Hi, Olivier, I was peripherally aware that Oksana was attempting to work on this, but hadn't realized on the progress made. Thanks for sharing. My thinking was that the Analysis Tool can be the master sheet, where information is captured once, then could be syndicated to regional dashboards. This would avoid having to update multiple static databases and avoid data inconsistencies. Its also why after a very long time of copying and pasting GAC contact details so that these details could be displayed on the sheet directly, I realized the impracticality on keeping the GAC contact details up to date. I anticipate a similar problem with the EURALO one, especially when done manually. Dev Anand On Sat, Oct 22, 2016 at 3:17 AM, Olivier MJ Crepin-Leblond <ocl@gih.com> wrote:

Dear Dev, you are absolutely correct on the difficulty to update. The tool you have developed is a lovely tool. Very good indeed. It would be great if the regional dashboard could build themselves up from the same dataset. It's all a case of cross-referenced tables with Excel rules, isn't it?

Thanks Dev.
On a similar line, are you aware of the EURALO dashboard prepared by Oksana Prykhodko? It centers on countries, ALSes, GAC reps, ccTLDs etc.

Dev, All, I just had a chance to review the updates to the tool. This is amazing work. Will certainly assist in carrying out fact-driven, big picture analyses going forward. -- Kind regards, Bartlett D. Morgan On 23 October 2016 at 17:20, Olivier MJ Crepin-Leblond <ocl@gih.com> wrote:

Indeed, separate regional dashboards could be done to reference the SAT (Stakeholder Analysis Tool) so any changes to the SAT would update the regional dashboards. Dev Anand On Sun, Oct 23, 2016 at 5:20 PM, Olivier MJ Crepin-Leblond <ocl@gih.com> wrote:
