We are unable to confirm a timeline at this stage due to the changes made to the budget following the Board review and reintroduction of CROP. CROP expects a 6 week timeframe outside of which applications have to be made before an event. We only have 9 weeks before the APrIGF. So our timeframe is very short and we need to know asap. For specific questions about upcoming potential CROP trips we need to await final confirmation on the guidelines which will allow us to answer specific items. We are therefore taking all these factors into account to ensure the program remains fair across the board and accessible to promote outreach activities Due to the reduced envelope we don’t think full allocations will be allowed and are tentatively looking at reduced slots per RALO and GNSO constituencies for regional travel using these guidelines. No out of region options will be possible.
