I’ve attached a pdf document which is a letter from the ALAC to the IANA IPR Community Coordination Group Chairs regarding Proposed Amendment to IETF IPMC Bylaws. Support staff shared this letter on the CPWG list on 20 November for comments and it became stable as of today.
