Dear ALAC,

On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, ALAC Chair, this is to inform you that the Unaffiliated Individuals Mobilization Working Party (UIM-WP) will begin their work shortly under the Chairmanship of Roberto Gaetano.

The UIM-WP will make a recommendation to the ALAC on what needs to be done to allow the full implementation of changes in support of unaffiliated individuals' participation in At-Large in accordance with the plans proposed under Issue #2 of the At-Large Organizational Review as approved by the ICANN Board of Directors on 23 June 2018 and 27 January 2019.

Members of the UIM-WP will consist of one ALAC Member from each region as well as two Representatives from each RALO. The UIM-WP will also be open to participants.

Regular updates on the work of the UIM-WP will be provided during ALAC monthly calls.
