I have checked with the ICANN Academy support staff on the need to name alternates for the Leadership Program. They have informed me that it is not necessary unless the SOAC wishes to do so.
Also, for those of you who might be interested in the ICANN Academy Chairing Skills Program, the details of the course are available at:
https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=62395123. The deadline for registration is 21 December.
