Thank you for this statement. I agree with all of it except II – B) 9. Where you find that the relevance of the guideline “Capacity-building efforts enhance understanding and skills of stakeholders, particularly those from developing countries and underrepresented communities» not important while I find it very important.

But thank you Amrita and the OFB-WG for the good quality of the statement.
