A few comments 

Most of the other RALO's have been working with staff and using their newsletter format using Constant Contact 

My impression is that Constant Contact enables you to measure the number of clicks, number of pages open, duration, use of hyperlinks etc 

in contrast to the use of Lucidpress or Canva as the template.

Dear ALAC friends, with great happiness we send you the new issue of our regional magazine LACRALONEWS.
The magazine comes out in two languages in this first edition (Spanish and English), in a few days it will also come out in French and Portuguese.
A great job from the LACRALO communication work team led by Marcelo Rodriguez who knew how to understand not only the communicational view of the Board in full, but was also able to synthesize the communicational need of the region in this beautiful magazine that reaches his "Hands ".
LACRALO continues to grow and deepen its work within and outside of ICANN and that fills us Latin-Caribbean with pride.
