The Empowered Community (EC) had received notice that the Board approved an amendment to the Bylaws (https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions- ). As a member of the EC, the ALAC may take action to object to this change.2018-05-13-en#1.d
The change is to implement the new GNSO voting thresholds associated with exercising EC powers, and had previously been the subject of a Public Comment (https://community.icann.org/x/toLpB ).
I recommend that we take no action.
