I've updated the Stakeholder Tool to include the Fellows and Nextgen for ICANN64.

Also, during ICANN63 Barcelona, the tool was updated to include the NPOC, Business Constituency (BC), ISP Constituency (ISPCP) and the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG).

Only the Intellectual Property and Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) are not tracked due to lack of information regarding which country their members are from.
