Relatedly see the recently launched Abuse Contact Identifier (ACID) Tool by the ICANN GNSO Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG) which is a free online tool available to anyone trying to identify the appropriate party (e.g. hosting provider) to report abuse to.

Along with DNSAI's NetBeacon, the online environment for reporting DNS Abuse seems to be rapidly evolving.
