I am presuming you do not want to start the Chair election until the
meeting has happened.

SO: I don't think this should be a problem since voting is from Monday to wednesday. There may be some members who don't need the meeting to decide and some may change/make their decision after the meeting. I think the schedule already accommodates all scenarios.
