REMINDER: GNSO PDP to Review the Transfer Policy

The Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) Council recently initiated a two-phased policy development process (PDP) to review the Transfer Policy, which will determine if changes to the policy are needed to improve the ease, security, and efficacy of inter-registrar and inter-registrant transfers.

Expressions of Interest: Chair of the GNSO PDP Working Group to Review the Transfer Policy

  • Expressions of Interest are now being accepted for the chair of the GNSO PDP working group to review the Transfer Policy.
  • All are encouraged to review and share this information about the chair role.
  • The deadline to submit Expressions of Interest is Friday, 16 April 2021.

Call for Volunteers: GNSO PDP Working Group to Review the Transfer Policy

  • Supporting Organization, Advisory Committee, Stakeholder Group, and Constituency chairs received a letter inviting them to appoint a limited number of members and alternates to the GNSO PDP working group to review the Transfer Policy.
  • The deadline for appointments is Monday, 26 April 2021.
