Judith, the middle answer is not "Maybe", it is "If Need Be". By answering this, you say you can make the meeting, but would prefer if it not be scheduled then. That was taken into account, but as you have seen in my reply to Seun, that is only one of may factors that we were trying to balance.

Further to the Doodle poll, 3 times were identified as rotating times
moving forward:

A 4th slot of 14:00-16:00 UTC was considered as well but will not be included.
