On the last ALT call, Maureen volunteered to put together a document which we (the ALAC) can use to put our WG/SC/TFs in order. I am not going to predict the detailed outcome, but it is essential that we get this done quickly and I expect that to happen.

For this particular task, I think it is most important to identify the PEOPLE who will work with Kaili and Carleton for the CCT-RT and who will be personally participating in the PDP. You and I clearly cannot avoid being in both categories, but we should have others. Perhaps Evan has the time, but I suspect not.

Clearly if someone volunteers to work on this, the two of us will be glad to help them get up to speed. And I think the two of us (and Evan) should try to identify good candidates and try to get them involved.

Although the Board cannot instruct either the RT or the PDP to do anything, the letter does set some expectations.
