You have to be careful here. If all that out Members could say was exactly what the ALAC had formally agreed, it would always be very out of date and we would not need three people to do this, we could send an e-mail!

This EPDP will be moving very quickly and there is no way we can have formal or informal approval while meetings are going on and other people are putting out new ideas and proposals.

What we need are agreed to general principles and people who understand them and what the INTENT of the ALAC and At-Large is. ANd regular opportunities to share what is going on and ask for direction if the way forward is not clear.
