At the meeting of the GAC WG on Human Rights I learned that the Council of Europe (an active observer to the GAC) has just published a report on community-based Ne gTLD applications, which is one of the core concerns for ALAC. Please find the link to the publication below.

The GAC will send the report (without formal endorsement, obviously) to the Subsequent Procedures PDP WG.
