I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of the GAC Human Rights and International Relations WG who is hosting a session in collaboration with the CCWP on Human Rights in Montreal relative to the Implementation of the Human Rights Core Value in ICANN’s Bylaws.

The brief session description is as follows:

1. A brief introduction to the subject, the work so far in the community in this regard by CCWP and HRILWG;
2. Focus on an open exchange on how ICANN as a community and its component parts (ICANN Org, SO/ACs) approach the implementation of the HR Core Value; and
3. Consider follow-up as appropriate.

The session is scheduled on Wednesday, 6 November 2019 at 8:30 am for one hour. The GAC would like to see if there are interested speakers from At-Large who would like to participate in this session especially relative to the open exchange on how ICANN as a community and its component parts approach the implementation of the HR core value.

Can you kindly seek interest within At-Large members to see who would be the most appropriate speaker for this session if there is indeed interest in attending and participating?
