Dear At-Large Review Working Party,

We are very pleased to announce that ICANN has appointed ITEMS international to conduct the At-Large Review as the Independent Examiner. You can find the official announcement here: https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2-2016-05-13-en.

I think I speak for everyone when I say that we are very happy about this decision and are looking forward to a constructive collaboration between ITEMS, the Working Party, and the wider At-Large community to assure a successful review process. 

The next step will be a kick-off meeting between ITEMS, the Working Party, and support staff to allow ITEMS to present its team and be introduced to the Working Party. In addition, this meeting might be useful to set out the path ahead and address any questions or concerns the Working Party may have. The meeting will take place in the week of 23 May and a doodle poll will be sent out shortly to assure we find a time that works for all.
