I strongly agree and I believe this has been so outstanding and long overdue for his service as a volunteer in the At-Large process.

If we are not able to get the board advice, I strongly request the ALAC to award him.

Please my request - lets surprise Dev and let it be a surprise to him

It’s in ver8.61 and he’s been working on this thankless task for many years. I’d also recommend that we do not tell Dev. I think the surprise is part of the recognition.
