The RSEP does not use the term "charity" and we should not either. I will instruct Evin to change "charity" to "non-profit entity".

As we listed examples, several types fall into thiss category. We are not classifying as been for charities or not, all is inclused in my view what is relevant is the kind of project that needed to be under the mission of ICANN.
