WT5 has a meeting on 3 October. Call will focus on continuing to refine draft preliminary recommendations, options, and questions to include in our Initial Report. WT5 is planning to prepare a draft Initial Report for discussion prior to ICANN63. We aim  to publish the Initial Report for public comment in late November.

The wide variety of community views, as well as the areas of convergence, shall be reflected in WT5’s Initial Report, which, as you know, is on a different schedule than the others, as it initiated work a bit later.

The viewpoint expressed by APTLD has been, in my view, thoroughly discussed in WT5.  APTLD’s views are in line with what many WT5 members have expressed on the record.
